Zinc celebrates 20th anniversary with 20th team member hire

As a leading digital agency here in Northamptonshire, our team has been steadily growing for many years. Nevertheless, it seemed very fitting that in the year that we celebrated our 20th year in business, we added the 20th member of our team to the business.

Meet Jack, our newest Marketing Executive. He’s joined us to support the marketing team, specialising in Google Ads, Search Engine Optimisation and social media advertising. We’re excited to see his growth with our business as he becomes part of our story.

Ollie, our Head of Digital, had this to say about our newest hire: “At Zinc Digital we are all about finding the right ‘fit’ when it comes to recruiting – people who can gel with our team and who are motivated and client focused. I joined as an apprentice straight from school and am proud of our growth and our continued commitment to supporting our team, our clients and the community in which we are based. Jack said: “I wanted to step up in my career, be challenged and deepen my understanding of digital marketing. Zinc Digital provides the perfect environment to grow – I have a mentor, great support, and I’m excited to be part of the company’s 20th birthday celebrations.”

As part of our commitment to giving back and nurturing young talent, Zinc runs an internship programme for local secondary school pupils, supports career events at schools, and is planning an open day for students considering a career in digital marketing.
